Meet Jack Sorenson, Cowboy Artist

"I think great paintings should tell a story, should involve the viewer. So much of Western Art today depicts a cowboy or an Indian riding across the landscape. I think we as Western Artists have the opportunity to do so much more."
                -Jack Sorenson

Jack was born in 1954. He lived an old West lifestyle. He worked on a dude ranch and a frontier city. He was a stagecoach driver, a performance gunfighter, and a horse trainer.

Jack was a naturally gifted artist from a very early age. He began painting full-time when he was twenty years old. His first one-man show in 1974 was sold out.
